SEO Data Transporter is developed by the Genesis developer (owner of StudioPress). What it does is to take your existing SEO plugin setting, do a comparison with the SEO plugin you want to migrate to and lastly, convert the similar settings between the two.
Once installed, go to Tools -> SEO Data Transport
From the dropdown list, select the SEO plugin you are migrating from and the one you are migrating to. Click "Analyze". It will then analyze your database and display the data
